Cancellation Policy: At Peroxide Hair salon, I value your time and appreciate your understanding of how important it is to keep a consistent schedule. To ensure I can accommodate all clients effectively, the following cancellation policy applies:     1.    Cancellation Window:     •    Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72hours in advance.     2.    Late Cancellations:     •    Cancellations made within 72hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.     3.    No-Show Policy:     •    If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.     4.    Emergencies:     •    I understand that life happens! Please contact me as soon as possible in case of an emergency. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.     5.    Deposits:     •    A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure appointments for services. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients! Salon Policies: NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUEST  Children under the age of 12 and extra company are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service due to limited space and liability. The salon requires a 72 hour notice for rescheduling and cancellations otherwise your appointment reservation deposit will be forfeited (half the cost of your service will be charged). You understand that all prices are starting rates and may change depending on your length, density and time it takes to achieve your personal hair goals. You agree to have Peroxide Hair Salon use your photographs for marketing.Thank you for your time, consideration, and truthful responses.   1. Do you agree to our salon policies? 
I Agree By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the following: All cosmetologists at Peroxide Hair Salon are licensed through the state of California and are independent contractors.  These independent contractors set their own hours, pricing and must carry their own business liability insurance.  Peroxide Hair Salon does not provide refunds for any services you have paid for, as they are paid directly to your service provider. Peroxide Hair Salon facilitates the operations of the building provided to all independent contractors. By signing you acknowledge the release of liability on any accident or harm in the salon or on the property and premesis. I Agree to all of the above.
